Ataturk Cultural Center
Ataturk Cultural Center is one of the most important culture and art venues in Istanbul and it was the fourth biggest art center in the World when it was opened. The center was closed between 2008 – 2018 and it’s restoration process started in February 2018. Ataturk Cultural Center, whose restoration was completed in 2021, does not make you forget its old version with its new architectural design.
The cultural center, which opened its doors to art lovers on October 29, 2021, was designed with advanced technological equipment. It will host cultural and art activities with an opera hall with a 2040-person capacity, a theater with an 802-person capacity, a 410 square meter gallery and a multi-purpose hall. Valuable artists and ensembles from Turkey and abroad will be hosted as well.
